Since our founding in 1963, we have been engaged in manufacturing and selling of special welding materials specialized in “build up welding” that gives specific properties like anti abrasion or anti corrosion to dies molds and equipments, as well as we have been providing special welding work using our special welding materials.
Our strength is the history of developing original suitable alloys to customers’ requirements, thus we can offer welding materials efficiently to customers’ demands.
We have highly strict quality control standards to deliver quality reliable products to our customers.
Another strength of ours is 2 types of surface modification treatment works as welding and thermal spraying that allow us to provide various properties of surface modification treatment.
We have and will keep contributing to the local community as a “Toyota SDGs partner” sponsored by Toyota city where we have a base in. In the future, we aim to become a total surface modification treatment provider by widening the range of surface treatment to deliver more satisfying services to our customers.

Pioneer of build up welding
What is build up welding?
Build up welding is a technique to build up deposit layers onto a base material while general welding is used to joint different materials.
It is possible to regenerate corroded or worn industrial parts, and to improve durability by adding anti abrasion or anti corrosion properties.
Metallurgically bonded layers of build up welding, which is thicker than a layers of thermal spraying or plating, give highly durable surface treatment effect.
Our products are mainly applied to
Pressing (stamping) dies for automobile body parts.
Die casting molds for automobile engine parts.
Forging dies for automobile suspension parts.
Base molds of dies cast machines.
Transfer jigs for sintering process.
Scratch repair for cast products like water pipes.
Our article ad was published in the economic newspaper “Wedge”.
